About Jules Stuart ~ The Owner, Head Designer & Marketing Coordinator
She attended 2 private colleges where she graduated in advertising and design. She learned the necessary skills needed to effectively promote a product and/or service, on and off the computer. At her “day job” she is a member of a Web Development & Marketing Department, and the head designer for a multi-million dollar/year company. She also has been designing websites and graphics for the past 10 years and has designed quite a few of eCommerce websites as well. In the past, Jules Stuart has owned and operated a Non Profit Organization that had over 200 worldwide members, along with other profitable websites. As you can tell she has made quite a presence on the Internet and hopes to continue such success. Not only does she spend time on the computer, she is an avid primitive/country crafter and decorator. If she could find enough time, she would sell her own creations on the Internet.

Our staff is extremely craft oriented and has a combined experience of over 100 years of crafting, craft shows, sewing, quilting and more! The talent that these Ladies have is amazing and you are sure to learn something by reading their articles at The Craft Table. They are willing to share their knowledge and passion for crafting with you all.
Our Website Stats
We have officially been open since January 19th, 2008 and in a matter of 4 weeks, we have attracted OVER 1,500 visitors and have had over 12,000 page views. That's not bad for a new marketplace. These are all potential customers looking for country & primitive decor, patterns, furniture and more!
Real Marketing
While we may occasionally participate in link exchanges, top sites, plug boards and other "free" advertising, we pride ourselves on doing real marketing. We plan on doing advertisements in some of the largest craft magazines, as well as advertising with Google, Yahoo, MSN & other Search Engines. Don't let other websites scare you into thinking that if they advertise with Google or Yahoo that the traffic isn't "real" and are not potential customers looking for you products. It actually is MORE direct since those customers actually have to search for keywords such as Primitives, Home Decor, Folk Art and millions of other keywords to see our advertisements for Little House Mercantile.
We also are the proud sponsor of Prim Talk Radio, which attracts 1000's a crafters to their website to listen to the weekly show about crafting, marketing, homemaking and more. Angie & the other girls on that show do a wonderful job and it is certainly a pleasure being the main sponsor.
We also are doing advertisements in some major magazines as well! We have a full page ad in Primitive Times Magazine - which is a wonderful ezine that is downloaded by 1000's of crafters each month. We also are doing full page advertisements this year in Create & Decorate, plus other magazines as well.
