| Little House Mercantile has grown considerably over the past couple of months and we know that our continued success will mean a lot more work and attention. While we already spend an incredible amount of time each week (between 40-50 hours per week) putting up new listings, answering emails, promoting the marketplace and more, it's only going to get busier as the months go by. Which is great, but we can't do everything! If you would like to work with a GREAT bunch of people AND get FREE advertising and more in return, please read about our openings below. If you have any questions, or would like to know more about these positions please email Jules. You will also go through a short training session too! So don't worry if you don't feel so "confident" in yourself - we WILL help you along! |

Client Assistant - we are looking to hire 3-5 people for this position |

Job Duties:
Answer emails & questions from your assigned clients (you will be assigned 20-30 clients)
Requirements:
Must have computer and Internet knowledge.
Can understand and carry out instructions.
Can work as a member of our team.
Can work without supervision.
Must be able to maintain company loyalty and confidentiality.
Must be organized, friendly and have the desire to help others.
Can NOT be currently employed or partnered with any other marketplace or community - it IS ok to have your store listed on their website just as long as you are not a partner or staff member in anyway.
Hours:
Hours will vary depending on the individual. You set your own hours and can work when you like.
Compensation:
This is not a traditional paid position. You will be paid in services for as long as you are a member of our staff.

-- FREE Participation in all Little House Mercantile events (ie. craft shows, contests)
-- FREE Spot in ALL Magazine Advertisements for your website - print and online magazine advertisements

Helping to market LHM in new and different ways - plug boards, submissions, partnerships, etc. Both online & offline promotion. Will be working closely with Jules.
Requirements:
Must have computer and Internet knowledge.
No real marketing expirience is required - just basic knowledge of promoting a website on & offline.
Can understand and carry out instructions.
Can work as a member of our team.
Can work without supervision.
